A roll-out can appear efficient while quietly introducing risk that only becomes visible once programmes scale. These issues rarely come from a lack of effort. In evaluation, we assess whether learning is actually working — beyond participation and completion metrics. This includes examining learning outcomes, contribution to organisational objectives, and the coherence between design, delivery, and results. Our approach draws on mixed methods, triangulation, and contribution analysis to produce findings that can be used — not just reported
In governance, we help organisations make informed decisions about what should be built, revised, published, or withdrawn. This includes establishing QA frameworks, review processes, and publication criteria that bring consistency and accountability to learning ecosystems.
